UNIGLOBE ATB worked on strict service level agreements outlining a step-by-step process of how travel requests should be handled to ensure a uniform user experience and tracking Travel Policy Compliance.  UNIGLOBE ATB also worked special deals with the Airlines in terms price and special amenities. UNIGLOBE ATB used technology combined with data- Mining to work on the loopholes of policy compliance. This stopped leakage of savings and amplified customer satisfaction levels.

 

Consolidation was reinforced with the rollout of few national preferred vendors and one consistent travel policy. UNIGLOBE ATB deployed Total Quality Manager with Database management system to improve data management and monitor compliance

 

Implementation was phased over 6 months, consolidating all Locations. Special Projects were run department-wise to track non compliance with reason codes and review meetings held to give insight on corrective actions and re-look at the traveler booking process for the respective departments.
